Q: Is Let Us … a local company?  A: Yes, your home will be serviced by a local team employed by a local business.
Q: Who do I call if I ever have a problem?  A: Let Us … direct, remember all our work is fully guaranteed. If you are unhappy we will inspect the work done and re-clean  wherever necessary. 
Q: How do I pay?  A: Payment is normally due on completion of your clean. You may find it convenient to leave cash or a cheque for your cleaning team or you may fill in a standing order mandate and pay directly from your account. Cheques made payable to let us . Your invoice will be receipted.
Q: Are you insured?  A: We carry insurance for your and our peace of mind. It will protect you against loss or breakage that might occur while we clean your home.
Q: Who will clean my home?  A: A team of one or more dependable and experienced personnel. Each one is thoroughly trained and truly enjoys providing the highest quality clean for every one of our clients.
Q: I work Monday to Friday, 9-5 so how can I see you for the quote? A: I will visit you on an evening after you leave work or at the weekend.
Q: Is there anything I can do? A: Yes, make sure your home is accessible to us because if we are not able to gain access then we regret that we may have to charge you to cover wages and expenses. If you can, leave your home reasonably tidy state so that we can concentrate all our efforts on cleaning and keeping your home sparkling.
Q: What do I do if I need to cancel a visit? A: Give us as much notice as possible - a week if possible so we can re-schedule the work. In an emergency we will do the best we can to help.
Q: What about children and pets? A: If you have small children please make sure that they are not left alone with our cleaning products. Some of these would be harmful if swallowed. This also applies to pets.
